At Nocs Provisions, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent—here’s what you need to know when shopping with us. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services offered by Nocs Provisions, LLC (“Nocs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

Nocs Provisions, LLC (registration no. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) is incorporated in the United States of America. Our website www.nocsprovisions.com is operated and maintained in the U.S. We ship worldwide, including to the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and EFTA countries.
We do not have a physical presence in the EU but provide localized offers, EU pricing, and fulfillment via Amazon and, in the future, direct-to-consumer shipping.
2. Using Our Services
By accessing or purchasing from our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase or creating an account.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our knowledge. For EU customers, pricing and VAT will be displayed according to Amazon or Shopify’s current settings. We reserve the right to adjust prices, products, and availability at any time.
Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance. Once confirmed, you will receive an email receipt outlining your purchase and estimated delivery timeline.
4. Returns, Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal
We want you to love your Nocs gear. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible products in accordance with our Return Policy. For EU consumers, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your withdrawal right, please email yo@nocsprovisions.com within 14 days. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to place the order, once returned goods are received.
5. Warranty & Product Care
All Nocs products are designed to last and are covered under our warranty policy. Details can be found at www.nocsprovisions.com/pages/warranty.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, graphics, text, and code—is the property of Nocs Provisions, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User Conduct
We expect all users to engage respectfully. You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with others’ use, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts related to Nocs.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We take privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. This includes data like your name, address, payment information, IP address, and device identifiers.
If you’re located in the EU, UK, or EFTA, we process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit processing of your data, and to request data portability.
Our primary data processors include Shopify, Google, Meta, and Klaviyo. These providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure lawful transfers of EU personal data to the United States.
We keep order data indefinitely unless you contact us to request deletion. Marketing data is retained for 200 days from your last activity. Analytics data follows the retention periods set by Google and Meta.
9. Cookies & Marketing
We use cookies and tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience. EU visitors will see a cookie banner to opt in or manage consent. Marketing emails are sent only after you explicitly opt in via a double confirmation (double opt-in).
You can withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting us at yo@nocsprovisions.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our products are built to perform in the wild, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nocs Provisions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.
For EU consumers, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
