These are really cute, and I really enjoyed them for a few months..until the tiny straps on the end connectors broke. Turns out Nocs "No-Matter-What Lifetime Warranty" is false advertising. I reached out to Nocs for replacement adaptors, just the tiny parts at the ends, and they blew me off. Lame. So I had to return them to REI instead. So bummed!

The tapestry strap and Zoom Tube that I received were nice. I also ordered the Inspector Microscope 4x which was not in the box. At first Customer Service did reply to my email and asked for pictures of what I received. Since then and multiple emails later I have not been able to get a response from them. Guess I’m out $35.00. Be aware of this poor service.
